Pretty simple if you think about it. We need to start somewhere. A quick email with a basic brief about what you’re up to, or a request for help with an attached NDA is also fine. So what are you waiting for?
Say hi! Hello@avibisram.me
Every project is different so every project is uniquely scoped. Before getting started, we’ll work together to understand how big the project is, what are the success markers, and working back what type of UX tool-kit you will require to get where you need to be.
The scope is turned into a contract with terms, delivery dates, and budget all approved by both parties. A % deposit payment will be required to make a start, and stage payments depending will be implemented then on. Once signed, work begins.
The following is based on a full process delivery for UX.
No matter the project there are few principals to go by; a) User first UX, and b) Double diamond mix. The discovery phase can be a workshop or conference meetup where we look at the project with new glasses and differing DeBono style hats, trying to empathise with user, while working to explore solutions that deliver on business objectives. Potentially in this phase delivery might include;
From the initial discovery research session, the work begins back at the studio stripping back the layers of the onion. Finding insights, cluster learnings, and create hypothesis’s. Tangibly this may be proposed back for approval in the deliverable form of;
The creative part. Once all research and defining has been completed, the exploration part begins where ideation and evaluation interplay constantly and outcomes take shape. With all technological, emotional, and business requirements considered, the design of various solutions become refined into a place that might just be plausible enough to be successful. Initially you will be asked to provide feedback on a smallish part of a leading component, which will inform the envisioned direction for the full delivery.
As with all good projects, they need to be delivered on time and within budget, and yours will be no different. An iterative approach is used for all phases, whereby smaller concepts once approved snowball into larger deliveries, meaning no nasty surprises, as you already no the direction and the final outcome is your approved envisioned direction. The final stages of delivery are almost always on track with minimal updates. Handover will be inconjunction with your development team where all assets are provided.
Tools for handover and iteration are industry standard;
